We are Dream Communities LLC, A Realty team for Solid Source Realty. Solid Source Realty is a Christian based organization founded on the principle of God being the Solid Source of our lives. The goal of Solid Source is that every person that comes in contact with an agent of our firm will feel valued and respected. In keeping with the philosophy of our parent organization, Dream Communities honor’s the golden rule of treating others the way we would like to be treated. Dream Communities was established out of a vision and a desire to help families in our communities realize the DREAM of home ownership, but most importantly we would like to arm families with the knowledge that we’ve gained, so the dream of homeownership will not become a nightmare.

Dream Communities is co-owned by Terrence and Michelle Gilyard, members of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and Sales Associates of Solid Source Realty. The core value of our company is to help families make informed decisions in selling and purchasing real estate. As a team we spent several years in New Homes Construction helping big companies increase their profit margin by constantly reaching new sales plateaus, but our greatest satisfaction comes from helping families that are in need of homes accomplish their dream of home ownership.
